We now operate from a home base on an appointment only basic rather than just calling in at any time.

1. We don’t plan to be at home on a 24/7 basic. There will be times when the Office will be unattended. Calling without an appointment may finish up being a wasted trip if we are not here.
2. For security reasons we like to know who is calling and when.
3. If we are not going to be home, the phone will be redirected to a mobile during office hours.
4. When an appointment time has been booked we would appreciate it if you are on time. If you are running late please phone us.
5. We only have limited parking space, too many callers at once creates a parking problem, plus a crowded office.
Our general office hours are:
8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
Closed on Saturday and Sunday. Closed on Public Holidays
